Wrong Products Ordered:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns due to wrong order. Shipping and Handling are not refundable. All returns must have an RA number. You must ship return merchandise via a courier that provides tracking and provide us with the tracking number. All sales are final after 30 days of receipt of products.

Defective Merchandise
If you find Arizona Choice Water Systems, LLC products to be defective within 30 days of purchase, you may return it to us at your cost.
Please contact Arizona Choice Water Systems, LLC within 30 days, call our Customer Service department at 480-272-7746 and you will be provided a Return Authorization Number. You must ship defective merchandise via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number.
Merchandise that becomes defective after 30 days is subject to the product specific warranty.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be canceled at no cost to you if the item has not yet shipped. Please call or e-mail us as soon as possible if you decide to cancel an order, so that we can cancel shipment. Your credit card will be immediately credited when a canceled item has not yet shipped.
If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the merchandise to Arizona Choice Water Systems, LLC. When returning a canceled order, you must ship via a courier that provides tracking, and provide us with the tracking number. If the item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will be charged for the item. Therefore it is recommended that you purchase insurance from the courier so you can be reimbursed for an item if your item is lost or destroyed in transit.
For items that are canceled after they are shipped, Arizona Choice Water Systems, LLC, at its discretion may charge a stop transit or intercept service fee, of up to $12.00 for orders that have been shipped out and are in transit. Canceled orders that have shipped must be returned unopened. Your account will not be credited until we have received the returned or canceled item.

Damage in Transit
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier on filing an insurance claim for the damaged products.

Warranty Service
To return a product or obtain warranty service, Call 480-272-7746 or email support@azchoicewaters.com for a Return Authorization number.
Then, ship the item to our factory, freight and insurance prepaid, with proof of date of original purchase. Products must be returned with shipping prepaid.
